OOC intro
Welcome to the game's first OOC meet and greet post! Feel free to introduce yourself, talk about the canons you play from or any others you want to promote or get people interested in, throw out plotting ideas, discuss desired CR, and so forth!
Housekeeping Notes:
1. Public apps are now closed, as are reserves. The Taken List has been updated and will continue to be updated as more people add their characters.
2. Remember, private applications do not close.
You may qualify for private applications if one of the following is true:
* you are friends with a mod
OR
* you are friends with a current player.
While mods have the final say on acceptances, current players have unlimited invites!
At this stage, you can also just, y'know, ask a mod for an invite. I mean, we're still small and just getting off the ground, so I really am all about more folks coming if they want to come. I'm mostly focused on getting everyone in and getting us plotting ahead over the next week.
3. I also adjusted the dates on the calendar just slightly, mainly in that I am giving myself a free weekend to work on setting up for the upcoming round of OOC plotting. Currently, I'm tentatively looking to April 3rd for the first event, but it might be a bit later depending on how the next week goes and the vibes I'm seeing from everyone, as well as my own schedule. Quests will also go up in April, and the pages will start to be filled out. At this rate, I'm hoping to maybe get player plots rolling then, too!
All that having been said, welcome, everyone! I'm so excited to meet you all! As you know, my name is Amber, and I'll be your mod here. I spent about a year building this game, and I hope for your characters to have some fantastic adventures within it, and I'll do my best to facilitate. I really delighted in reading your applications. People put a lot of thought into how their characters will interact with the setting, and I've been really impressed by what everyone is doing so far and by the way you're all engaging! I'm looking forward to getting to know you all as both a mod and a fellow player. So let us go forth and play!
